Bertha, we appreciate all that you do to secure our hotel stays at all the away competitions! You are certainly not responsible for any headaches associated with incorrect reservations. You go above and beyond to secure the space and work with a representative, and we thank you for that! Sometimes, hotels just don't have their act together, and it's a reminder that we should always call to reconfirm our reservations way in advance.

I am so absolutely sorry about the challenges most of you have faced with your reservations. I have been in contact with Jackie all along and never heard a complaint so I assumed everything was ok. I called her today to confirm that we were all set and she sent me the list. Now that I am aware of what is happening to your reservations I have been trying to contact Jackie but she hasn’t responded.I hope everything works out for all of us.See you all tomorrow.Bertha

Apparently they cancelled my reservation because there is another Pam Foster coming in tomorrow and they just assumed it was a duplicate reservation. They didn’t look to see that it was two different email addresses and group names.Luckily they were able to reinstate the reservation, but I encourage everyone to call in to confirm, just in case.PamOn Jan 13, 2020, at 12:57 PM, SCSSPO <email@example.com> wrote:Please see the attachment sent from the hotel of arrival and departure dates of each member our group. Some reservations do not have arrivals until the 15th!
